GENERAL CONDITIONS

General Conditions,

Storage conditions:

If the products are not stored in appropriate conditions, corrosion may occur on the parts. Since the packaging of the parts is Big Bag, the air inside cannot escape and may cause condensation. Therefore, even if the products are stored indoors, there is a possibility of rust or white rust. Especially in Tie Rod nuts, it is not technically possible to galvanize the threaded part. For this reason, there is a high probability of rusting from this area. However, none of these cause a technical weakness during the lifetime of the part. After receiving the products, the buyer is obliged to check the parts within 30 days at the latest. After this process, the buyer cannot make another complaint about the visual condition and / or quality  for the parts he bought. After 100% of the price of the products is paid, the ownership of the products passes to the buyer.

Reports:

The material report is sent when requested with each shipment. However, if a tensile or other special test is requested and a 3.1 test report in accordance with the EN10204 standard is requested, this must be notified in advance. Arı Ltd has the right to demand additional fees according to the content of the report.

Marking:

Although it varies from product to product, “CAX” lettering and/or “Arı Ltd logo” are present on the products. If it is possible to put a production date in production, there is a production date on all products. Otherwise it is available on the label on the packaging.
